~ DisabilitY of HARRY REINHART
1. In the event HARRY REINHART shall become disabled so as to be
unable to perform the duties of General Manager of the Partnership as required
- by this Agreement for a period of not more than three consecutive months, his

' ~ salary shall continue at the rate at which he was then being paid; in the event

j ~ such disability shall extend beyond three consecutive months, but not longer

4 than-six consecutive months, his salary shall be reduced by one-half beqinninq

~ . on the first day of the fourth month of such disability, but his share of Partner-

` ~ ship profits and losses shall not be decreased but shall continue as if such
~ ~ .
~ disability had not occurred. ~

~ 2. In the event such disability shall continue.beyond the foregoing '
~ six month period, the salary and employment of HARRY REI NHART shall

- ~terminate, but he shall remain a Partner and his share of Partnership profits
