1. ~ If any disagreement shall arise between the Partners in respect
to the conduct of the business, its dissolutlon, or of any matter or thinq what-
~ soever, not otherwise provided for in this agreement, including the interpretati.o
thereof, the same shall be decided and de~ermined by arbitration; HARRY
REINHART, or his personal representative, if he is then deceased, or insane,
shall appoint one such arbitrator, and ARTHUR C. MILLER and WILLIAM H.
MILLER, or their personal representative or representatives if either or both sha 1
be deceased or insane,~ shall toqether appoint one such arbitrator, and the third
. arbitrator shall be chosen by the two arbitrators so appointed wlthin fifteen day
~ after the last such appointment. The award of the ma~ority of such arbitrators
' ; shall be binding upon the Partners and conclusive as to them-and the issue so

; . 2. The appointment of arbitrators shall be made by any Partner, ,as

~ of Common Pleas of Chester County, Pennsylvania, to appoint such arbitrator

~ for the side so failinq or refusinq to make such appointment. The iudqe of such

Court is hereby authorized and empowered to so appoint such arbitrator.
