1. All notices provided for under this Agreement shall be in writing
and shall be sufficient if sent by certified mail, prepaid, to the address of the
. ~ party to whom such notice is to be given as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereto

attached and made part hereof; when the Agreement or assent of the Partners to

any act or thing is required under this Agre~m~nt, such agre~ment or essent sheli
be by unanimous vote of all the Partners unless otherwise herein specifically s I
- forth; the Partners covenant and aqree that they will execute such other and _
