THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 7th day of March,
1974, upon the plaintiff's motiori to amend Count III of the
complaint filed herein, and the Court being fully advised in
the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion to amend Count III
of the complaint be and the same is hereby granted, and Para-
graph (4) be and the same is hereby added to said complaint
and reads as follows: ~
; (4) That KRUEGER PLUMBING, INC. furnished notice to the
~ contractor as required by Florida Statute 713.23, of completion

! of the plumbing work and the amount still unpaid prior to the

; filing of this suit, a copy of this notice is herewith attached
