This cause having been heard upon the petitioner's
Motion for Order of Contempt and petitioner havinq appeared
with counsel and respondent having been duly notified and ap-
peared without counsel, anci the Court having considered the
evidence, it is

E ORDERRD AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ l. CONTEMPT. T'he respondent, Ward E. Stickman is

~ found to be in contempt of Court for failure to make the
~
~
~ payments as provided for by the Final JLidgment entered by
~
~ this Court on May 16, 1972 and he is hereby sentenced to
~ -
~ ~ days in jail, to be suspended upon the payment of $35.00
~
~ each and every week commencing the lst day of March, 1974.
~
~ 2. ARREARAG$. The respondent, Ward S. Stickman is
s
~
found to be in arrears on child support in the sum of $3,190.00
~
and he shall pay an additional $5.00 each and every week until
~ • ~
- the arrearage is paid in full.
3. PAYI~NTS. All payments, together with a$1.00
Clerk's fee, shall be made to the Clerk of this Court by cash,
