FIDELITY & DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND, Motions to Dismiss
and the Court having heard aIIgument of counsel and being
othexwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon considera-
tion
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Motion to Dismiss filed on behalf of defendant,
JACK P. SCHLIEHER be and the same is hereby granted and the -
