That for dit•ers good and vaiuable considetations, and also in consideration af the aggregate sum named in
the promisory note of e~•en date herewith, hereinatter described, the :~lortgagor dces ~rant, bargain, seU, alien,
remise, release, and convey and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, all of that certain tract of land of which
the !ltortgagor is now seizecl and possessed arsd in actual possession, situate in I4~di County. Florida, described

Commence at the West right-of-way boundary of State Road No. 605
at the point of intersection with the South boundary of Lot 1, in
CARLSEN'S SUBDIVISION, as in Plat Book 3, Page 24, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and run Northwesterly along
said West right-of-way boundary 90 feet for point of beginning;
thence turn and run West parallel with the South boundary of said
lot 200 feet; thence turn and run Northwesterly parallel with
said right-o€-way boundary 90 feet; thence turn and run East par-
allel with said South boundary 200 feet to said West right-of-way
boundary; thence turn and run Southeasterly along said right-of-
way boundary 90 feet to the point of beginning; together with the
improvements thereon, and all furniture, fixtures and equipment
contained therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.

anywise appertaining, and also all buiidings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter

plumbing apparatus, fixtures. appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and iighting -
plants. lighting fixtures, power mechinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other elevators.

lceated in the building upon said land. and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said

said premises, in connection whth the completion thereof or in addition thereto which msy hereafter be placed upon the
above described land. which said fixtures, machinery, appliences and appurtenances the Mortgagor wanants shall be
free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims in favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a
first lien thereon.
TO HAVE; AtiU '1'(.1 HnLD all and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged. pledged or assigned
by the ltortgagor, or intend~d so to be, unto the ;1Sortgagee, in fee simple.
And the 1lortgagor covenants with the ~lortgagee, that the b4ortgagor has full power and lawful right to convey
said land in fee simple as afnresaid; that it shall be lawful for the :~lortgagee at al! times peaceably and quietlp to enter
upon, hotd, occupy and eni~~• said land: that said land is free from all encumbrances except as may be herein described:
that the Mortgagor will make such further assurances to perfect the fee simple title to said land in the MoRgagee ae may
reasonably be required; and thet the Mortgegor hereby fully wananta the title io said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of a~ll persona whomsoever. ,
