~ If a conveyance shoul~f be made by the m~rtgagors of the premises herein described, or any part
~ thereof, w~s!-~out th~ v~ri!ten consent of the Association, and without assumption in regular form of
~ faw t-~ the graniee of the obligations to the Association created by said promissory note and this mort-
_ gage, then, and in that event, and at the option of the Association, and without notice, all sums of
~ money secured hereby shall immediately and concurrently with such ccnveyance become due and pay-
~ able and ~n default. The Assc~ciation ~eserves the right to withhold consent to any such conveyance
~ ar~c'. assumption unti! and unless satisfactory financial reports and other personal data required by the
i Asscc~atien are furnished to the Associat:on by the party acquiring title to the premises, or any part
~ thereot. By g~ving its censent to such conveyance, the Association shall not be deemed to have released
~ the mort~agor hereunder from any liability hereunder. The Associat+on may deal with successors in in-
~ ter~st w~th reference to this mortage and the debt hereby secured in the same manner as with the
~ mort~agors, and may forbear to sue or may extend time for payment of the debt, secured hereby, or

or upon the debt hereby secured. The Association may also deal with the Mortgagors and/or with j
~ successors ~n interest with reference to this mortgage and the debt hereby secured by forbearing to f
- sue, extendinr the time for payment of the debt, providing for different monthly payments and/or a
different interest rate, and by other express modifications of the contract, without losing any priority
