WARRANTY DEED AND RELEASE AGREEMENT
This Indenture, made this day of 2. ~ i ,
1974, between THE HARBOR BRANCN FOUNDATION, established by Trust
Agreement dated December 31, 1963, Grantor, and MARINE SCIENCE
- CENTER, INC., a corporation exiating under the laws of the State
of Florida, whose post office address is R.F.D. 1, Box 194, Fort
_ Pierce, Florida, 33450, Grantee;
WITNESSETH, that said grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations to said grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the said grantee, its successors and assigns forever, the
following described land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit:
