FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial on the day of
March, 1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all s
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
! 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between

~ WILLIAM CUNNINGHAM and DORETHA CUNNINGHAM be and the same is _

' hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of WILLIAM ERIC CUNNINGHAM,
~
~ VICKI LYNN CUNNINGHAM, and ELAINE CUNNINGHAM minor children
~
~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to DORETHA CUNNINGHAM
~ -
~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM CUNNINGHAM.
; 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 15th day of March, 1974, _

~ to DORETHA CUNNINGHAM the sum '
:1 WILLIAM CUNNINGHAM shall pay ~
~ of $70.00 every two weeks for the support of the children _
- named above.
