O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 8th day of tlarch,.
1974, upon the petitioner's application for temporary relief,
and the Court having heard testimony of the parties and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
(lj That the petitioner, ANDREA KAY HENSON, be and she
is hereby granted the temporary custody of the minor child of
the parties, JAMES D. HENSON III.
(2) That the respondent, JAMES D. HENSON, JR. be and he
is hereby ordered to deliver said minor child to the mother
forthwith.
; (3) That the petitioner and respondent be and they are

' temporarily restrained from bothering, threatening, harming

~ or interfering with each other.

~ (4) That this Court retains jurisdiction on all other

~ matters set out in the petition for temporary relief until

~ further Order of this Court.
