From an iron pipe located 75 feet South and 50 feet East of
the NW corner of the East 3/4 of the North 1/2 of the NE 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
said point being on the South right-of-way line of Peterson
Road; run thence East along the South line of the County Road,
parallel to the North line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 17,
208.81 feet for the point of beginning of the land hereby -
conveyed; thence South parallel to the West line of the said
East 3/4 of the North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, 208.81
feet; thence East parallel to the North line of Section 17,
75 feet; thence North parallel with the West line of the said
East 3/4 of the North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said
Section 17, 208.81 feet to the South right-of-way line of said
County Road; thence run West 75 feet, more or less to the point
of beginning.
