FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause coming on to be heard this March 8, 1974,
pursuant to notice, and the parties being represented by counsel, and
the Court having heard the testimony of the parties and the Wife's
mother, and the parties have reached a property settlement and agreement
in open Court which is incorporated herein, and the Court being fully
advised, it is thereupon
ORDERED~AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ANDREW
ROBINSON and MAXINE ROBINSON be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

~ obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. PROPERTY. That the Wife shall be the fee simple owner

~ af the following described property subject to mortgages and liens of

~ record, and if the Husband shali f~il to quit claim his interest

~ in said property to the Wife within ten days, his interest therein
~ shall be divested by the operation of law by this Final Judgment,
~ said property in St. Lucie County, Florida, being described as:

; Lot 314, Unit #4, SHERATON PLAZA RE-PLAT,
y Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

p~ 3. CUSTODY. Custody of the children of this marriage is
awarded to the Wife, MAXINE ROBINSON, said children being, DEBBIE
- ROBINSON, ANDREW ROBINSON, JR., and CHRISTINA ROBINSON, and the Husband
: shall have reasonable visitation rights with said children which have
specifically been defined in open Court as to being the first weekend
of each month commencing at 6:00 p.m, on Friday and ending at 6:00 p.m.
