THIS INDENTURE, executed March 4, 1974, between •
PAULINE W. HEFT, as executrix of the Estate of CLARENCE E.
HEFT, deceased, Grantor, and LOIS A. H. WELLS, Grantee, whose
address is 2014 Cloverfield Boulevard, Santa Monica, Califor-
nia 90404. (Grantor and Grantee are used for singular or plural,
as context requires),
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Grantor, pursuant to the Order of the Circuit Court
of Brevard County, Florida, dated March 4, 1974, and in
consideration of the premises and the sum-of $ZO.OQ and other
good and valuable considerations in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the
said Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the real
property in St.Lucie County,Florida described as:
Lot 17, Block 433, Port St~. Lucie, Section 3,
a Subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 13A, public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida
AND
Lot 18, Block 433, Port St. Lucie, Section 3,
. a Subdivision according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 13A, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida
AND
An undivided one-half interest in Lot 21,
Block 133, Port St. Lucie, Section 27, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 5, public
records of St. Lucie County. Florida. c,

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
' ments and appurtenances belonging or in any wise appertaining `

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Grantee, and Grantee's
~ heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
~ AND the Grantor does covenant to and with the Grantee,

; and Grantee's heirs and assigns, that in all things prela.minary
~ to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the orders
~ of the above-named Court and the laws of Florida have been fol-
