public purpose, to-wit: The locating and erection of an electric
substation and distribution and transmission lines therefrom and
for means of ingress and egress to said electric substation for
use in the Electric Utility System of Fort Pierce Utilities
Authority of Fort Pierce, Florida. ,
The Court being fully advised in the premises; it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, as follows:

1. That the fee simple title to the following
described parcel of property is hereby vested in Petitioner for
a public purpose, to-wit: The locating and erection of an electric
substation and distribution and transmission lines therefrom and
for means of inqress and egress to said electric substation for
use in the Electric Utility System of Fort Pierce Utilities
Authority of Fort Pierce, Florida, to-wit:

~ The East 30 feet of Lots 5 and 8, of Garden
~ City Farms in Section 4, Township 35 South,
~ ~tange 40 East, as per plat thereof recorded in
~ Plat Book 2, page 5, public records of St. Lucie
a County, Florida; less and except any part thereof
~ upon which a chain link fence of tne fee title
~ owner is situated as of the date of this Order
~ of Taking, should same be included in this
~ description. .

~ 2. That the sum of Two Thousand Four Hundred ($2,400.00)
~
~ Dollars is hereby awarded to Defendant, THE SCHOOL BOA~D OF
- ST. LUCIE COL~NTY, FLORIDA, as compensation for the taking of
~ Parcel II, above described, and Petitioner is hereby ordered to =

pay said sum to said Defendant.
