ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
This matter coming on to be heard pursuant to notice, and the
Court having heard the testimony of the parties, and being fully ad-
vised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife shall have possession of the house located
at 406 N. 40th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida until further Order of Court.
2. That the Wife shall have custody of the children of this
marriage, namely, DAVID EUGENE FRENCH and MARIA DAVENE FRENCH, subject
~ to reasonable visitation rights with the Husband until further Order

~ of this Court.
3. That reasonable visitation rights are defined to be that
~ Husband shall have the right to have said children in his custody from
~
~ 9:30 a.m. on Saturday until 4:30 p.m. on Saturday of each week.
~ 4. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife, as temporary
~ child support, the sum of $25.00 per week for each child, which payments
~ may be r.tade bi-monthly in the amount of $100.00, or weekly in the amount
~
~ of $50.00, whichever the Husband may prefer; said payments to be made
~ directly to the Wife by the Husband. The Husband shall pay as of the
~ date of this hearing $75.00 to be applied to the mortgage held by
~
~ Mrs. Green, which check may be made to t~rs. Green, but given to the Wife
for payment, and shall on the lst day of April, 1974, and on the first
~=y day of each month thereafter, pay to his wife said $75.00 mortgage
y~
payment to be paid to the mortgageholder, Mrs. Green.

~ 5. That said Husband and Wife is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
