ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That SUN BANK OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY (FORMERLY ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK), as Trustee
U/W/O ALCIDE VACHON, deceased, a banking corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first
part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) ,
and other valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, trans-
fer and set over its twenty-two and one-half percent 422-1/28)
interest in and to the following three (3) mortgages equally
to: .
GASTON J. VACHON, THERESA FIELD, OVIDE J.
VACHON, HENRY P. VACHON, DENISE V. ROBINSON,
individually, and to SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY (formerly St. Lucie County Bank), as
Trustees under the Will for the benef it of
LILLIAN LANGEL pursuant to CLAUSE IV 8. 2.
of said Will,
parties of the second part:
That certain mortgage dated December 26, 1972, made
by IVA W. KAY, JR., recorded in O. R. Book 209, at page 1017,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
That certain mortgage dated December ~6, 1972, made
by ROBERT J. PREBIANCA, recorded in O. R. Book 209, at page
1021, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
That certain mortgage dated August 31, 1973, made by
CHESTER B. GRIFFIN and RICHARD V. NEILL, recorded in O. R.
k Book 218, at page 564, public records of St. Lucie County,

; TOGETHER with the notes or obligations described in said mort-
