any type of guaranty, contract, agreement or undertaking.
This Po:tier of Attorney shall have no effect upon that certain instrument
dated April 25. 1972, by which each~of the undersigned Trustees
~ granted to each other Trustee ir. ~~hole or in part the powers herein
granted, ~~rhich instrument remains in full tarce and effect.
The name Guardian t~!ortgage Investors is the designation of the
Trustees for the time being under a Declaration of Trust dated 1`~arch 29,
196b, as amended. Every docur.lent hereafter executed by any of the
aforesaid Attorneys-in-Fact. as attorne}r for and on behalf of the
aforesaid Trustees, pursuant hereto, is execuCed in the name of and
on behalf of the Trustees of Guardian rtortgage Investors and not
indivicually, and the obligations in any document executed by any of the
aforesaid Attorneys-in-Fact, as attorney for and on behalf or tre
aforesaid Trustees, pursuant hereto shall be understood and expressly
stated to be not binding upon any of the Trustees, shareholders,
officers. agents of the.Trust, or attorneys herein na~~ed, persona'_ly,
t:ut bir.ding onl~ u~~an t~l~e trust est~:te ot Guardian Mortgage Int~estors.
_All persons dealing with Guardian t•iortgage Ir.vestors must look solely
to the Trust property for tne enforcement or any claims against
Guardian Mortgage Investors.

= delegations are rereby revo'~ced and rescir_ded as of the date hereof and
f shall hereafter be of no force and effect. Any p~wer exercised before
