ticipant is not disabled under the terms of this
provision, he shall no longer be entitled to fur-
ther benefits as the result of such disability.
If such Participant returns to the employ of the
Employer immediately following the termination of
his Permanent Disability, he shall resume the
classification of an Active Participant, he shall
receive full credit for Service for the period of
time during which he was a Retired Participant,
and his employment with the Employer shall not be
deemed interrupted.
Plan name 2.12 "PLAN" shall mean the Earl Leiffer Trucking Co.,
Inc. Profit-Sharing Plan as set forth in this
Agreement as it may from time to time be amended.
Plan year 2.13 "PLAN YEAR" shall mean the twelve (12) month
period beginning on the Effective Date, or any
twelve (12) month period beginning on any Anni-
versary Date while this Plan shall be in effect.
~ Definition 2.14 "PROFITS" or "NET PROFITS" shall mean the Net
of profits Profits of each Employer as indicated on its
~ books before any deductions for Federal Income
Taxes, state Income Taxes, or other taxes
measured by net annual income and contributions
to this Plan.
Service 2.15 "SERVICE" shall mean the most recent period of
defined uninterrupted employment with the Employer, or
with any predecessor-business entity of the Em-
ployer, and shall be measured in "full years" as
~ determined by the Employer from its personnel
records. A"full year" shall mean a period of
twelve (12) consecutive months. For purposes of
the definition of Service, a person shall be
deemed to have been employed as of the first
month during which he was actually employed.
Uninterrupted The Service of a person who (a) re-enters the
service employ of the Employer prior to the earlier of
the Valuation Date next following the date on
which his employment terminated, or six (6)
months following such termination date, or (b)
is on leave of absence authorized by the Em-
ployer for period not to exceed two (2) years,
