deemed in the employ of the Employer for such
period. All Employees under similar circum-
stances shall be treated in a similar manner.
Leave of A leave of absence, not in excess of two years
absence qranted as such by an employer for reasons of
illness, injury, reduction of work force, or
education purposes, or for required military
service during which the individual's re-employ-
ment rights are protect~d by law, shall not be
construed as an interruption of service, pro-
vided that the individual shall return to the
service of this employer on or prior to the ex-
piration of such leave, or, in the case of mili-
tary service, within 90 days of his separation.
If the individual shall not so return, his con-
tinuous service shall be deemed to have ceased
at the time the absence commenced. All Parti-
cipants under similar circumstances will be
treated alike.
~ Trustees 2.16 "TRUSTEES" shall mean the Trustees of the Trust
Fund established pursuant to this Plan, including
any successor or successors.
Trust fund 2.17 "TRUST FUND" shall mean all funds and assets which
shall be held by the Trustees.
Valuation 2.18 "VALUATION DATE" shall mean the last day in each
date Plan Year.
ARTICLE III
ELIGIBILITY AND MEMBERSHIP
Requirements 3.01 Each Employee in the employ of the Employer on
for current the Effective Date shall be eligible to become~
employees a Participant of the Plan as of such date pro-
vided that he has completed two (2) years of
service.
Requirements 3.02 Each Employee hired after the Effective Date shall
for future be ~ligible to become a Participant on the Anni-

the date he is employed, provided that he has
completed two (2) years of service.
