RETIREMENT BENEFITS AND RETIREMENT DATES
At 6.01 Wherever- in the Plan, reference is made to a
retirement retirement date, it shall mean the normal, early,
an account deferred or disability retirement date, which-
is 100$ ever is the one that applies to the individual
vested involved, pursuant to the provisions of this
Article. Under the retirement date of a Parti-
cipant as provided in Paragraphs 6.02, 6.03,
6.04 or 6.05, one hundred (100$) per cent of
such Participant's Account shall become vested.
Such retirement benefit shall be distributed in
accordance with and subject to the provisions of
ARTICLE IX.
Normal 6.02 A Participant shall have the right to retire, and
retirement the Employer shall have the right to retire the
; date (age 65 Participant, on the Anniversary Date nearest his
~ or 10 years age 65, such date to be known as his normal re-
i participation) tirement date.
' Early 6.03 An Active Participant may be retired by the Em-
~ retirement ployer, or may elect to retire, on any Anniversary
g at employer's Date within the ten (10) year Eeriod prior to his
~ or employee's normal retirement date, such date to be known as

~ Permission to6.04 With the approval of the employer, an Active
~ work after Participant may continue in the active employ
~ normal retire- of the Employer after his normal retirement date
~ ment date and retire or be retired, on any subsequent
~ Anniversary Date in which event he shall continue
~ as an Active Participant of the Plan until his
~ actual retirement, such date to be known as his
~ deferred retirement date.

4: Retirement 6.05 If, on the first day of any month, an Active Par-
= due to ticipant has Permanent Disability, he shall
disability thereupon be retired, such date to be known as
_ his disability retirement date.
