appropriate parties shall immediately adopt a
new provision to take the place of the illegal or
invalid provision.
15.05 No regulated investment company or insurer shall
be considered a party to this Plan and Trust.
15.06 Nothing contained in this agreement shall be con-
strued as a contract of employment between an
Employer and any Employee, nor shall it afford
to an Employee a right to continued employment
with the Employer.
Text of 15.07 The titles and headings of the Articles and
Trust is Paragraphs in this instrument are placed herein
controlling for convenience of reference only, and in case
factor of any conflict, the text of this instrument
rather than the titles or headings, shall control.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed

WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the Employer has adopted the Plan set forth
as a Plan of retirement benefits and that this Agree-
ment and the Trust implement and become a part of said
- Plan and the Trustees herein accept the Trust created
hereunder and agree to perfor~ the duties under this
