Before me, the undersigned authority personally appeared, EMORY
C. TEEL, III, attorney for JEB ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida corporation,
whose address is FEE, PARKER & FEE, P. A., Post Office Box 1000, Fort
Pierce, Florida, 33450, and that in pursuance of an agreement with
GOINGS ENTERPRISES, INC., for UNITED PARTNERS III, INC., Lienor furnished
labor and material for masonry work for an apartment building on the follow-
ing-described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 44, LESS the East 368 feet thereof in
MARAVILLA GARDENS, UNIT ONE, according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
6, at Page 55 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
owned by CONCRETE MODULAR SYSTEMS, INC., of a total value of $7,426.00,
of which there remains unpaid $2,084.83, and furnished the first of the
same on or about December, 1973, and the last of the same on or about
December, 1973. The original lien filed with Clerk of Circuit Court on
~ February 12, 1974, at 3:37 P. M., in Official Record Book 223, Page 2544,
f of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Prior to filing of
` Lien property was sold by UNITED PARTNERS III, INC., to CONCRETE MODULAR
~ SYSTEMS, INC. He further says that Lienor claims a lien on the real

~ property hereinabove described for the amount set forth, together with

x reasonable attorneys' fees as provided by law. That the lienor served his

~ notice to owner on March 12, 1974, by certified mail.
