MOTION FOR DEFAULT `
The Husband, ROBERT HUFF, JR., through counsel, moves for
entry of a default by the Clerk of this Court against the Wife,
ROBERTA J. HUFF, and alleges:
1. That the Wife was given twenty (20) days, by Order of
this Court, dated February 8,1974, within which to file an Answer or
othe?- affirmative pleading; that the Wife has failed so to do; and
that the fnti~e is in default.
WHEREFORE, the Husband moves that default by entered against
the Wife.
