appeared Ellis McKissick who upon being duly sworn did ~

say as follows:
That he knows of his own personal knowledge
that Peter E. Lipp and Melba Frances Lipp, his wife,
were continuously married and without interruption of
marriage from the date of acquisition of property acquired -
by them by Warranty Deed dated July 6, 1964 and recorded
in O. R. Book 93, Page 244, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, until the date of death of said
Peter E. Lipp on July 21, 1967.
