Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Hildred Shaffer who upon being duly sworn did say as follows:
That she resides at 2020 Esplanade E., Fort~Pierce, Ftorida;
that she was personaily acquainted with Fred Egger, Sr. and ~
Christina Egger, his wi~fe; that said parties lived at 201 South 25th
Street, Fort Pierce, from the time they acquired title to th~ir
property by Deed from William E. Traub to Fred Egger, Sr. and
Christina Egger, his wife, dated March 16, 1953 recorded in Deed -
Book 179, page 583, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
until the death of said Fred Egger, Sr. on February 16, 1964; that
Fred Egger, Sr. and Christina Egger, his wife, were continuously
married and without interruption of marriage from March 16, 1953 until
the death of said Fred Egger, Sr. on February 16, 1964.
