It is understood that each of the Kords. "note," "mortgagor" and "mortRs?gee" respectively~ and the pron-
ouns referring thereto, whether in the sin~ular or plural any~here in this mortgage, shall be singular if one only
and shall be plural jointly and severally, if more than one, and shall be ma4culine, feminine and/or neuter, wher-
e~•er the context so implies or admits. .
And said Mortgagor for himself and his heirs, legal representati~•es, successors and assigns, hereby eoven-

1. To pay all and singular the principai and internst and the various and sundry sums of money payable by
