In this instrument the singular shall include the plurol and the masculine shall include the feminine and
nsuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shell extend to and be binding upon the respective
htirs, exetutors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor a~d Mortgagee.
