In consideratio~ of the payment to me/us by Florida Powe~ & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which I/we have received, Ilwe and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Powe~ & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance .of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstn.ict, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as fotlows;
The easement more particularly described as the East 10 feet of the following
described property:
From the East 1/4 corner of Section Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run
South on said Section Line 1325.5 feet to the 1/4 1/4 corner; thence run North
along said Section Line 214. 3 feet to a point; thence through a 90° deflection to the
~ left run 25 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue along the same line 230
~ feet to a point; thence through a 90° deflection to the left run 175 feet to a point; _
! thence through a 90° deflection to the left run 230 feet to a point; thence through
; a 90° deflection to the left run 175 feet to the point of beginning, St. Lucie County,
~ Florida.
~ It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to and parallel
~ with the West right-of-way line of Hartman Road as it now exists.
