In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and othe~ good a~d
valuable consideration which 1/we have- received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth o~ other obstru~tions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
The easement more particularly described as the East 10 feet of the following described
property:
The South 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 18, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; excepting all rights-of~way for '
i drainage canal and public road; less the West 112 feet of the East 13? feet of the
; South 135 feet, Section 18, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,

i It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to and parallel with
3 the West right-of-way line of Hartman Road as it now exists.
~ By acceptance of this easement herein granted, Florida Power Light Corr~pany does
~ hereby release, quit claim and remise all rights, title and interest in that certain
~ easement dated February 18, 192? and recorded in Deed Book ?4, page 395, Public L,~ '
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as it pertains to the above described property. i:
