AND PARTIAL R~LEASE OF PROPERTY
CI~IZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corporation
existing under the laws of the United States of America, hereby
assigns to CLOTIELD PARKS HARLANOER (formerly CLOTIELD PARKS) the
following mortgage loan being Loan No. 549 of the Association in the
present principle amount of $2,898.88 which mortgage is recorded
originally in O. 8. Book 165, at Page 1753, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and a corrective mortgage which was recorded
at O. R. Book 166, Page 34, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and in consideration of this Assignment of this mortqage, i
and the acceptance thereof by CLOTIELD PARKS HARLANDER, she hereby ~
agrees to release from said mortgage loan the following described
