THIS INQENTURE, Made FEBRUARY 25, 1974 , by and between
JAMES T. LYNN , Secretary of Housing and L'rban Development, of Washington,
D. C., (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), and CHARLES J. BARNES and THELMA D.
BARNES, his wife
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee(s)").
residing at 2700 Essex Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 ~
WITNESSETH: That th~ said Grantor, for and in consideratio~ of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) to him in hand paid and other valuable consideretions, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has gtanted, bargained, sold, aliened,
remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bar-
gain, sell, alien, remise, relesse, convey and confirm unto the said Grantee(s),
and the heirs and assigns of s~.id Grantee(s), forever, all that certain parcel
o£ land lying and being in the County of ST. LUCIE , and State of
Florida, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

according to the plat thereof recorded in

of St. Lucie County, Florida.

to their only proper use, benefit and behoof forever. -
