This deed made and executed this dday of February, 1974,
by FORT PIERCE PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY, a special taxing district
hereinafter called the Grantor, to VERLAM DISTRIBUTORS, INC. whose
post office address is 810 N. W. 9th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
hereinafter called the Grantee. ~
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey
to the Grantee, its successors and assigns tYie following described
