COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day personally appeared before
me, the undersigned authority, GEORGE D. PRICE and ROGER POITRAS,
to me well known and known by me to be the Chariman and Secretary,
respectively, of the Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority, a
special taxing district, and the persons who executed the fore-
going instrument as such officers of said district for and on its
behalf, for the uses and purposes therein expressed, and that the
seal affixed thereto is the official seal of said district.
