NOTICE OF COMMENCEDiENT
VERLAM DISTRIBUTORS, INC. d/b/a JACK FROST LABORATORIES,
the Owner, gives notice as required by Section 713.13, Florida
Statutes, of the commencement of operation to improve real
property.
1. The property is legally des~ribed as:
Lots 5 and 16, AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK,
Unit 1, as recorded in Plat Book 12,
page 40, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. A general description of the improvements is a
manufacturing plant.
3. The address of the owner is Verlam Distributors, Inc.,
d/b/a Jack Frost Laboratories, 810 N. W. 9th Avenue, Ft.
Lauderdale, Florida, 33111.
