THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~8~ day of February, 1974, between
FRANCES PAMELA ANGELINO, as Administratrix of the Eszate of PLACID F.
ANGELINO, deceased, Party of the First Part, and FRANCES PAMELA ANGELINO,
a widow, Party of the Second Part, whose address is 2324 Oriole Way, Point
Pleasant, N. J. 08742: '
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of the Circuit
Court for St.Lucie Caunty,Florida dated February 12, 1974, and in considera-
tion of the premises and the sum of $_2,00 and other good and valuable con- ,

siderations in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises and re-
leases, conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part, her heirs, _
and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, des-
cribed as: •

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part, her heirs

and assigns in fee simple forever. ~
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the Party
of the SecondPart, her heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to
and in and about the sale and this conveyance the orders of the above named
Court and the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and complied
with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Party of the First Part, as Administratrix
of the Estate of PIACID F. ANGELINO, deceased, has set her hand and seal on
