REVOCATION OF TRUST
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that whereas on the
29th day of July, 1966, we, R. E. BEWLSY and 02ELLA ESTELLE BEWLEY,
his wife, Deceased, executed and delivered to ourselves as Trustees
a deed granting to ourselves as Trustees the following described
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
That part of Government Lot 1, Section 25,
Township 37 South, Range 40 East, lying ~
North and West of a line that bears South
54°16' West from the Northeast corner of
said Section 25; LESS that certain parcel
in the Northwest corner of said Government
Lot 1, previously conveyed, as described
in Deed Book 248, at page 100, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and LESS that
parcel of land in the North 300 feet of said
Government Lot 1 described in the Declaration
of Trust dated July 29, 1966, made by
R. E. Bewley and Ozella Estelle Bewley, his
wife, in favor of Robert Bewley Thomas,
beneficiary, which Declaration of Trust is
recorded of even date herewith bearing
Clerk's File No. 150158, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
which Deed of Trust was duly recorded in the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Record Baok 159, page
426, and,
WHEREAS, the said Deed of Trust contained the following
claus~:
"Provided, however, the Trustors or the survivor thereof,
shall have the right at any time to revoke this trust
~ in whole or in part by an instrument in writing executed
~ by the Trustors, or the survivor thereof, and recorded
~ in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
~ and for St. Lucie County, Florida, or his successor
in office.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, R. E. BEWLEY does hereby revoke
~ the said Deed hereinbefore referred to and all the trusts and
~ - estates created therein, and do hereby declare the said trust
~
~ to be revoked, and all the properties described therein to be
held in fee simple by the said R. E. Bewley free and discharged
from the said Trust to all intents and purposes as though the
said Trust had never existed.
