land more particularly described in Schedule A, which is ~
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, said lands more particularly described in
Schedule "A" have been filled and are no longer a breeding
ground for pests; and
WHEREAS, the name of the St. Lucie County Sanitary
District was changed to the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control
District by Special Act of the Legislature of the State of
Florida, Fla. Laws 1959, ch. 1794;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises,
and the sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations, party
of the first part does hereby demise, release and quit claim
unto party of the second part that portion of a certain right-
of-way or easement acquired by party of the first part by
virtue of that certain quit claim deed from Hattie E. Chamberlin
dated October 28, 1938, and recorded in Deed Book 82 at page
234 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

situate within that certain parcel of land presently held in

~ fee by party of the second part and more particularly described
in Schedule "A" which is attached hereto and by reference made

~ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, party of the f irst part has caused
