HomeMy WebLinkAbout2885 purpose of carrying out the intention of the parties to the promissory note and mortgage hereinabove described, the undersigned hereby agrees as follows: 1. That the terms and conditions of the promissory note and mortgage hereinabove described dated March 1, 1973 ~ from JOSEPH J. LACH and ~ARY ANN LACH, his wife, as makers and mortgagors, and M. VERNON JENKINS and DOROTHY H. JENKINS, his wife, as payees and mortgagees, respectively, of said promissory note and mortgage shall be modified in manner of payment as follows: that the method of payment as stated in said promissory note and mortgaqe dated March 1, 1973 shall be modified-and changed to read as follows: This note shall be payable over a period of four (4) years in equal monthly successive installments of $1,342.72, including interest at 8~ per annum, the first of such installments to become due and payable April 1, 1974; said insta2lments sha~l be applied first to principal and then to interest. Right of prepayment in whole or in part, without penalty, at any time is reserved by maker. i ; 2.
