obligations and easements set forth in those certain agreements and
easements as tollows; -
1. That certain agreement between Sybil Levita Culverhouse,
et al, and DiGiorgio Fruit Corporation, dated August~25, 1959 and
recorded February 12, 1962 in O. R. Book 29, page 531, public records
of Saint Lucie County~ Florida. •
2. That certain agreement for easements by and among E. R.
Brown and Josephine Brown, his wife, et al, dated May 15, 1961 and
recorded September 11, 1961 in O. R. Book 18, page 241, public records
of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
3. That certain easement granted by Seymour Baskin to
Randolph A. Hearst, et al, dated October 29, 1963 and recorded May 11,
1964 in O. R. Book 88, page 477, public records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida.
4. That certain easement from Sybil Levita Culverhouse, et
al, to Seymour Baskin, Trustee, dated June 16, 1964 and recorded
September 28, 1964 in O. R. Book 99, page 392, public records of
Saint Lucie County, Florida.
5. That cer.tain agreement by and among Sybil Levita Culverhouse,
et al, dated June 6, 1966 and recorded July 23, 1966 in O. R. Book 149,
gage 22, public records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
