W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Grantor has applied for a permit to mine sand
from certain lands in~St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the
Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section
Thirty-One (31), Township Thirty-Four
(34) South, Range Forty (40} East,
Less and excepting therefrom all
existing rights-of-ways for public
! roads and drainage canal purposes; and

~ WHEREAS, Grantor has submitted with his application a

~ plan for mining said land; and

~ WIiEREAS, The Comprehen~ive Zoning Resolution of St. Lucie
~ G~u*~ty, Flerida, rPo~~~res the Grantor to nost suitable securit_y to

assure that said plan will be completed as planned and approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
~ other good and valuable consideration, Grantor hereby grants, bar-

~ gains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto Grantee all
~ that certain land of which Grantor is ~ow seized and in possession
~
;T situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described hereinabove.

:~s PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that on compliance with each and

every one of the provisions of the mining plan heretofore submitted

to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and on file in the County Engineer's Office, the estate hereby
