1973 , recorded in O.R. Book 219 , page 1151 of the pub ic
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. (This Item 6 shall not be a
part of this warranty deed unless all required information is
inserted in the blanks provided.)
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever;
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that it
is lawfu~lly seized of said real property in fPe simple; that the
Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said
real property; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to
said real property and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever; ~hat said ~eal property is free
