of Florida, which has been assigned all the right~ and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and;LAKE INDRYO CORPORATION,'said As~ignment being recorded in
Off~.cial Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, F~orida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed againgt certain
lot, block, and unit~numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fee~ assessed, ~aid Affidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, 222 page 1310 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Flori~a.
3. That the LAKEWOCD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby. release, ~atisfy and forever discharge the ~aid Affidavit .
