THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the Stipulation
filed jointly by the Petitioner and the Defendants for the entry
of a Judgment, and it appearing to the Court that the parties were
authorized to enter into such a Stipulation and consent to the entry
of a Judgment based thereon, and the Court being fully advised in
the premises;
IT, THEREFORE, CONSIDE~tED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the Defendant, NELLIE IOLA HALL, does have and recovers
i from the Petitioner the sum of $2,825.00 in full payment for the

~ property taken and any resulting damage to contiguous property.
~ 2. That the Defendant, LENA DYCHES OWENS, does have and recovers

from Petitioner the sum of $625.00 in full payment for the property
taken and any resulting damage to contiguous property.
3. That thg Defendants, J. T. H~LI. and MARY HALL, his wife, do
have and recover from the Petitioner the sum of $2,400.00 in full

~ payment for the property taken and any resulting damage to contiguous
~ property.
