more or less to a point on the 1887 Government Meander Line of
Government Lot 3 at the Indian River, which is the point of begin-
ning; thence N. 71°20'45" E. 3230 feet more or less.to a point on

i Ocean; thence S. 22° E. 455 feet along said Government Meander Line
