NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF LEASE 2~~39
Gentlemen:
This Notice is to inform you that the Lease to ~'ORT PIERCE
SPEEDWAY, INC. on the'West 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 '
and the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 6, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, is terminated :
I
as of sixty (60) days from February 28, 1974. This will give your '
ofganization nine (9) weeks of racing before you have to vacate
the premises. You will of course be expected to make the rental
payments due to Mrs. Sloan during the sixty (60) day notice period.
If you fail to execute and return this Cancellation within
five (5) days from February 28, 1974, Mrs. Sloan's attorney has
informed me that you will be given notice to vacate immediately.
