BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared
ERNEST O. GOODRICH, who, upon f irst being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That he is personally acquainted with one ERNEST O. GOODRICH,
whose name appears as grantee with CECILE M. GOODRICH and
ERNEST O. GOODRICH in that certain.warranty deed, dated
August 3, 1973, filed August 6, 1973, in Official Record Book
217, Page 493, in the Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
2. That he is also personally acquainted with the ERNEST O. GOODRICH
whose name appears as a party to the judgment of Dissolution of
Marriage dated December 7, 1973, recorded on December 10, 1973,
in Official Record Book 221, Page 2018, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the ERNEST O. GOODRICH mentioned in Paragraph 1 of this
affidavit is a different individual from the ERNEST O. GOODRICH
- mentioned in Paragraph 2 of this affidavit; the latter being
the son of the former.
