corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by E. H.
Klueppelberg, Jr,. and Sharon L. Klueppelberg,dated Janua~y 17, 19 73 , and recorded
his wife
in the public records of St . Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book 210 on page
289 , securi~g the payment of the sum of

has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the ~ore secured thereby, and doth

mo~tgage in~and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of ~e Circuit Cou?t of the afore-
