ORDER ON COMPROMISE; FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE was duly presented to the Court on behalf of
John C. Crankfield, Sr., as next friend, natural guardian and
surviving parent of John C. Crankfield, Jr., a minor,.and Otis R.
Parker, Jr., his attorney of record, and by the defendant, Jc2hn
Ross Wilcox, for a compromise of the claim of the said minor
against the defendant John Ross Wilcox.
The Plaintiff, John C. Crankfield, Sr., as next friend,
natural guardian and surviving garent of John C. Crankfield, Jr.,

a minor, and his attorney, and the defendant, John Ross Wilcox,
~ and Neill Griffin Jeffries & Lloyd Chartered, his attorneys, are
j of the opinion that the sum of Three Thousand and 00/100 ($3,000.00)
dollars is a fair compromise settlement of the claim of said •
~ minor as a result of the accident referred to in the complaint
~ wherein said minor was injured.
- The defendant denies liability by reason of said accident
and denies that injuries resulted.
~ However, the defendant has agreed to pay the sum of Three
~ Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), which is acceptable to John C.
~ -
~ Cr~kfield, Sr., the next friend, natural guradian and surviving
~
~ parent of John C. Crankfield, Jr., a minor, and the minor's
~
~ attorneys of record; provided, however, that the Court
~
approve such payment, comgromise and settlement.
