DISCLAIMER ~
RE: The North 3/4 of Section 26, Township 34 South, Range
38 East, and the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 and the
Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27,
Township 34 South, Ranqe 38 East.
WHEREAS, the undersigned corporation is the successor
in interest to Strazzulla Brothers Company, a co-partnership,
and
WHEREAS, said partnership formerly held a leasehold
interest in the above described real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, by virtue of an unrecorded lease dated June
•
10, 1948, which lease was referred to in that certain assign-
ment of lease from Edgar R. Brown, also known as E. R. Brown,
et ux, to the Prudential Insurance Company of America, dated
September 6, 1951, and recorded in Deed Book 167 at page 265
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said leasehold interest has long since expired;
and
WHEREAS, the undersigned has been requested to disclaim
any interest in the above property acquired by virtue of said
~ unrecorded lease in order to remove any cloud created thereby

~ from the title to said property;

~ NOW, TAEREFORE, the undersigned does hereby acknowledge
the expiration of the aforesaid unrecorded lease and does
hereby disclaim any right, title or interest in and to the above
described real property, except for that certain easement over
and across the western portion thereof as more particularly
described in that certain agreement for easements by and among
~ E. R. Brown and Josephine Brown, his wife, ~t al, dated May 15, i

1961, and recorded September 11, 1961, in O.R. Book 18, at page
241 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
